Go Negosyo’s Mentor Me On Wheels (MMOW) was brought into action in the City of Taguig last October 2, 2018 at the lower ground floor of SM Aura Premier.
MMOW Taguig was attended by more than 800 participants with the desire to be mentored and absorb insights regarding entrepreneurial mind-setting and marketing straight from the top entrepreneurs in the country.
During its successful ninth roll out, MMOW presented more than 100 mentors headed by Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship and Go Negosyo Founder Joey Concepcion, 2018 ASEAN Business Advisory Council Chair Dr. Robert Yap, Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, including Senators Bam Aquino and Miguel Zubiri and SM Investments Corporation Vice Chairman Tessie Sy-Coson.
The Mentor Me On Wheels – Taguig was also launched as an initiative of the ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN)
“I wish that one day we really will get our act and finally solve the biggest problem of this country and move forward to creating greater prosperity for everyone not just in the Philippines but also in ASEAN countries,” Concepcion said as he welcomed all the participants.

This leg was made extra special as ASEAN Business Advisory Council chairs and council members from across the region have graced and shared their own expertise during the launched. This was part of the initiative under the program ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN). Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Munir (ASEAN BAC Malaysia), Arin Jira (ASEAN BAC Thailand), and Anangga Roosdiono (ASEAN BAC Indonesia) shared their expertise and even participated in the mentoring session.

ASEAN BAC Chair Thailand Arin Jira shared his insights to a micro entrepreneur during the mentorship session.
“As an entrepreneur you have to be everything. The most important thing is that you should know your environment, are you going against the wind or are you going with the wind? So, this (MMOW) is a very good time for you to take advantage of this kind of program to prepare you in greater endeavors,” Dr. Robert Yap (ASEAN BAC Singapore) shared during his speech in the program.

Coinciding with the free on-one-mentoring session was the fifth leg of online mentorship through Mentor Me Mobile App that is currently gaining its momentum in the online platform as it reaches more mentees across the country.
Through MMOW and Mentor Me Online, Go Negosyo and its partner, the Department of Trade and Industry introduce mentors to micro and small entrepreneurs, offering technical and practical know-how on entrepreneurship through events in more convenient and accessible locations.
