Cow Cow Ice's soft-serve stood out for a thickness and richness that was above-average, all thanks to the Hokkaido milk they use. They take indulgence to the next level by adding Valrhona chocolate, premium chocolate from France, to the mix. The result is a distinct milky sweetness blended with bittersweet dark chocolate for a luxe taste.
