(SPOT.ph) The Disney-themed Christmas display at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati has everyone driving to the business district as soon as nighttime sets in. But if you're way down south of the Metro, there's no need to worry about missing this spectacular lights-and-sounds show as Nuvali in Santa Rosa, Laguna reopened the much-awaited Magical Field of Lights on November 24. It runs until January 13, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Nuvali's Magical Field of Lights has its 3,600-square-meter field lit up with 5,000 pieces of tulip bud lights that change in color. Laser lights seem to sweep across the space from different directions while a thousand tube lights line the perimeter. Finally, a man-made fog creates a curtain of colors above the field. Other lights nistallations, such as a 50-meter Christmas tunnel and Christmas trees of various colors, can be found on the outskirts of the field.

Much like the Makati spectacle, Nuvali also has a larger-than-life Mickey-shaped structure at the center of the field. Well-loved Disney songs are also played every 30 minutes to take viewers back to the magical world of our childhood.
The Magical Field of Lights is now open at The Fields, Nuvali, Santa Rosa, Laguna. The show runs every 30 minutes from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. until January 13, 2019. For updates, follow Nuvali on Facebook.
