AliDropship is the best solution for drop shipping

Padla’s Homemade Products, a manufacturer of De Oro’s Best Pork and Beef Jerky was a lightbulb idea of Gil and Lucrecia Padla in 1990. One of the many reasons why they put up the business was to help improve their family income and at the same time be able to share its specialty to Kagay-anons.

Their son, Craig was then given the responsibility to continue their family business legacy. Even with limited knowledge on how to run a business, he accepted the challenge. As a new proprietor, he was bombarded with problems along the way.

Over the past 26 years, Padla’s Homemade Products was able to penetrate the Cagayan De Oro supermarkets and then for about 10 years now, the company was able to expand the production of their business to Luzon and Visayas.

Knowing that he needed more knowledge and technical skills in business, he decided to join the Kapatid Mentor Me Program (KMME).

Before joining the KMME, he went to the Department of Trade and Industry office and registered their company name. He also participated in some of the trade fairs and seminars that the DTI sponsored. Their company is also a member of the Food Processors of Northern Mindanao (FOPANORMIN).

Now, he has contributed a lot to the company most especially in making the production process more efficient by reducing the production time from four days down to two, depending on the quantity of products to be produced. He also initiated new systems that can speed up the overall business process.

“One thing I like about the Mentor ME Program is the fact that the government and Go Negosyo are really serious in helping the micro, small and medium enterprises to improve our respective businesses. With this given privilege and attention, time will come, many will choose to do business and this will surely help the Philippine economy. New businesses means new job opportunities for our people,” Padla expressing his gratitude over the program.
