(SPOT.ph) Thanks to the arrival of Cebu-based lechon eateries in Manila, getting your roast-pig fix has become a breeze. One of the buzziest openings this year was Rico's Lechon—after all, it's a name that's sure to come up whenever talk goes to the best lechon in Cebu.

Their first restaurant in Bonifacio Global City is a spacious 180-seater with a Roasting Pit where they cook their lechon. The two variants from Cebu—Original and Spicy—are available, but they've also got more Filipino dishes for you to feast on, some of them exclusive to Manila. There's the Seafood Kare-Kare, with fresh prawns and clams blanketed in a rich and nutty sauce. While the lechon is flavorful enough to be eaten with plain rice, there's no reason not to indulge in the Fried Rice Trio, with the enjoyably salty bite of danggit and tuyo bits.

After the BGC branch, Rico's Lechon is set to open more branches in Metro Manila: Next will be a branch at Top of the Glo at Glorietta 1 Roofdeck on September 28.

Rico's Lechon is at 5th Avenue corner 26th Street, Fort Strip, Bonifacio Global City.
