(SPOT.ph) Baler, the capital and oldest municipality of Aurora Province, is one of the crowd favorites when it comes to surf spots in Luzon. Its countryside charm and laidback beach strips lure in travelers of all kinds, especially since it has so much to offer aside from the beautiful waves that come in from November to February.
