Supreme Court downgrades charges vs Delfin Lee, allows bail

MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court (SC) en banc on Tuesday, July 31, voted to downgrade the charges against property developer Delfin Lee from syndicated estafa to simple estafa.

This means Lee can now post bail.
