Robredo hits Duterte for 'untruth' on human rights

MANILA, Philippines – Vice President Leni Robredo criticized President Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday, July 28, for pitting "human rights" against "human lives" in his 3rd State of the Nation Address (SONA).
