(SPOT.ph) There's no question that Japan knows how to do fried food well, from tempura to katsu. If you can't get enough of Japanese fried pork, here's one new and pretty unlikely place where you can get it: RACKS! The ribs chain is offering the new Katsu Pork Ribs (P465) only until June 30.
The new item will feature pork ribs coated in potato breadcrumbs then deep-fried to get ribs that are fall-off-the-bone tender but also with the distinct crunch of katsu. And to further push this beyond how you would usually have katsu, the Katsu Pork Ribs will be served with coleslaw and skinny fries, though we don't blame you if you ask for an extra helping of rice.
