Since they opened in Cebu City in 1997, Rico's Lechon has become famous for their lechon, which they stuff with lemongrass, tomatoes, leeks, vinegar, ginger, calamansi, and more spices before roasting over an open pit. They're also known for their Spicy Lechon, which has chili and garlic for lip-smacking spiciness. Rico's Lechon in Cebu also offers a menu of other Cebuano favorites like ngohiong (their version of lumpia), grilled squid, kalderetang kambing, and more. Looks like you and your belly have a lot to be excited for!
