(SPOT.ph) If the only Cuban food you know are Cubanos (and they're not even Cuban technically), it's time for a crash course at Cuba Libre. You won't miss them at Serendra with their bright yellow façade and vibrant art by Acidhouse. With a menu patterned after a traditional Cuban eatery, you can choose from different kinds of mains, rice, and sides to fill up your plate. The saucy Ropa Vieja, with incredibly soft shredded beef brisket stewed in peppers and tomatoes, is a must-try.
Cuba Libre is at G/F Serendra, Bonifacio Global City.
