(SPOT.ph) Humans of New York founder Brandon Stanton swung by Manila in the last week of January 2018 for a Philippine version of the popular platform that compiles inspiring success stories, relatable anecdotes, and tear-jerking statements by people. It's been more than a month since the photographer landed on our shores, and on March 16, Humans of the Philippines entries finally started rolling out.

The stories give us a peek on how Filipinos deal with their daily lives. A young man talks about how his parents forbid him from dating, while another shares how he became a dad at the age of 18. A proud father is excited to tell his son that he finally found a new job. Two Filipinas are fighting for a cause—one that aims to break the stigma around domestic violence, and another that encourages sustainable tourism and environment conservation. Finally, there's a six-year-old boy who lets us in on a bit of a secret—that he's a "real ninja master who got [his] powers from glowing red rocks [he] found in the caverns of lost treasure."
Seeing these stories in our feed just turn our heart into mush, and we can't wait to read some more.
