(SPOT.ph) Christmas can be a stressful time for ninongs and ninangs especially if your inaanak has his/her face glued to the mobile phone or laptop screen 24/7. What else do kids need when everything's within their reach (thanks to the Internet)? With hopes of spreading the gift of inspiration and creativity, Ayala Museum in Makati opens its doors for free to guests 12 years old and below from December 26 to 30.

The young ones will love learning more about the life and heroism of Jose Rizal through an immersive virtual reality experience. This new exhibit was launched in June and visitors haven't gotten enough of it since.

Christmas art stations are also scattered around to give kids the chance to unleash their creativity. They can create Christmas trees and snowmen with colorful pieces of paper and sequins.

Being the artsy ninong or ninang that you are, you can take them around the ongoing exhibits at the Ayala Museum: Curated by Federico de Vera and Allison Wong David's Space. You can also check out the knit creations by Lulu Tan Gan that now adorn the garden trees at Greenbelt as part of the Yarn Bomb - Knit Bomb exhibit.

The Ayala Museum is at Makati Avenue corner De La Rosa Street, Greenbelt Park, Makati City. It is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Kids must bring a valid ID to avail of the free access. For more information, visit Ayala Museum's website.
